ROLANDO YANZON
My name is Rolando Yanzón, I am Argentine and have lived in Spain since 2021. During my first professional years, I trained as a doctor, and after dedicating myself to my career and caring for chronic patients for more than 11 years, I saw first-hand how Allopathic medicine could help improve the health and quality of life of my patients, but I also saw its limitations. Allopathic treatments were often palliative and failed to cure the root of the disease.
It was at that moment in my life when I began a search to understand why I didn't feel comfortable with what I was doing.
At many times it was a long and difficult road, but, after a few years in which I was able to understand who I really am, I found the tools that helped me grow and discover myself in depth. I began a path of internalization, self-knowledge, self-healing, meditation and, finally, Ayurveda came into my life.
I began to study the classic Ayurvedic books, without leaving aside my allopathic vision of classical medicine. I studied phytotherapy, acupuncture and the allopathic use of medicinal plants.
I currently live in Ibiza and work as a therapist combining the best of allopathic medicine and Ayurveda to help my patients achieve their comprehensive well-being. I have a catalog of therapies and knowledge designed to help you in the best possible way.
WHAT BENEFITS CAN YOU GET?
-
Physical and mental balance:
Knowing your body will help you understand what you really need, beyond miraculous solutions, to stay in physical and mental balance. Ayurveda, one of the oldest traditional medicines in the world, has a holistic approach that considers physical and mental health to be closely related.
-
Improve your digestion:
For Ayurveda, the basis of health depends largely on our digestive system. Healthy digestion is essential for our body to absorb the nutrients necessary for optimal functioning. Ayurveda offers a series of recommendations to improve digestion, such as following a balanced diet, eating at regular times and avoiding heavy and difficult-to-digest foods.
-
Mental health and stress reduction:
Stress is a sign that something is not balanced in our body or mind. Ayurveda believes that stress can cause a series of health problems, such as digestive disorders, sleep problems, anxiety and depression. Ayurveda offers a number of techniques to reduce stress, such as meditation, yoga and herbal therapy.
-
Healing of diseases
-
Self-knowledge:
Self-knowledge is the goal and the "gold standard" that I want to propose to you. By knowing your body, you can learn to balance it and detect those small signs that something is not right so you can resolve it in time.
